Creating delicious and beautiful charcuterie plates is easy with the tricks and tips from instructor, Amy Foley. You will make this exact charcuterie plate (left) on a wood-grained, disposable base complete with a small jar of Minnesota honey, honey wand, and wine glass from Buffalo Rock Winery. You’ll take your creation home in a view-top bakery box, perfectly protected for the trip. Light refreshments.
