Learn a (very) brief history of knitting, step-by-step visual instruction of knit & purl stitches, and practice with needles & yarn. The instructor is a newer knitter and, while nowhere near an expert, has spent every spare minute practicing so knows pretty much all mistakes new knitters make. Take your project home after the hour session and keep practicing--knitting is very addictive!

This activity is free of charge; freewill donations grateful accepted to cover supply costs (approximately $10/person). No reservations required and participants can join while supplies last.
