WCHS at the Wright County Fair

Join us at the Wright County Fair! The historic Welker Schoolhouse and cabins will be open to the public each day. Hours: W 7/19 12-7pm; Th-Sun 10am-7pm.

Programs (see individual events on our calendar or social media for more details):

  • One-room Schoolhouse program; Friday, July 21; open to children entering grades 2-6; FREE - Register by calling us at (763) 682-7323.

  • One-room Schools Coffee Chat - Meet and chat with others who spent their childhoods in one-room schoolhouses; Wednesday, July 19, 1-3pm; FREE

Ongoing activities during the fair:

  • Barn Quilts of Wright County in the Collinwood Cabin

  • Handwriting Competition in the Welker Schoolhouse
