Are you curious about barn quilts? Are you ready to add one to your own home?

Susan Edwards, also known as the Barn Quilt Lady, is leading a workshop where you will make your very own barn quilt. She will provide guidance on design options, technique, and painting. The class will all be completing the same barn quilt pattern which will be pre-marked on the 2’x2’ primed board (Sue says this is the hardest part so she is prepping everything for the class!. The barn quilt base (wood sheet) is provided, as is the paint. Bring along a hair dryer (really important in order to get your barn quilt completed in the time allowed!), a smock/apron/painting shirt, a bag lunch and drinks for yourself for the day. Some snacks and bottled water will also be provided.

The class runs from 9am-3pm and costs $80. Class size is limited to 6 people. To sign up please call 763-682-7323—these classes fill up fast! Nonrefundable payment is required to save your spot.
